Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Sales and Marketing Professionals to help onboard events to our platform. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving TicketKart’s growth by connecting with event organisers, showcasing our platform’s value, and ensuring their successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Onboarding Calls:
    • Reach out to potential event organisers to introduce them to TicketKart.
    • Guide organisers through the onboarding process and provide all necessary support.
    • Build strong relationships with organisers, ensuring they see TicketKart as their go-to platform.
  2. Lead Generation & Conversion:
    • Identify and target potential event organisers through research and outreach.
    • Highlight TicketKart's features and benefits to convert leads into loyal clients.
  3. Marketing Campaigns:
    • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote TicketKart's services.
    • Develop compelling content for outreach, including emails and presentations tailored to organisers’ needs.
  4. Follow-Up & Client Engagement:
    • Follow up with prospective and onboarded organisers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions.
    • Act as a liaison between organisers and internal teams for any concerns or feature requests.
  5. Data-Driven Strategies:
    • Use analytics to identify trends, target leads more effectively, and refine engagement strategies.
